We operate the latest version of the renowned Radan 2D and 3D systems to draught, plan and optimise parts layout on sheets of material, and to produce reusable offline programs for our laser cutting machines.
Our engineering staff and operatives are highly skilled and experienced, which results in a timely, efficient, and excellent quality finished product.
We can accept flattened or 3-dimensional designs in various electronic formats for the fastest turnaround, or in many cases printed drawings, sketches, and examples.
Materials and Maximum Size
We can laser cut your parts from common sheet metal materials that we supply, or from your free-issued materials.
The maximum sheet size that we can normally handle is 1500 x 3000 x 20mm (applicable when cutting less dense materials, e.g., aluminium alloys). For higher density materials, the maximum thickness for a large sheet is approximately 8mm. The maximum thickness of parts cut from small sheets my be higher.
